Prisión preventiva para un hombre investigado por estafas millonarias en Rafaela.
La medida cautelar fue solicitada por el fiscal Guillermo Loyola e impuesta por la jueza Cristina Fortunato. El imputado tiene 43 años, sus iniciales son MDC y es oriundo de la provincia de Buenos Aires. Las maniobras provocaron un perjuicio económico de 153.000.000 de pesos a una de las firmas, y 18.000.000 de pesos a la otra. Además, Loyola imputó de manera remota a otras 17 personas, también de la provincia de Buenos Aires, a las que les atribuyó ser partícipes necesarias.
Quedó en prisión preventiva un hombre oriundo de la provincia de Buenos Aires que es investigado como autor de estafas llevadas a cabo en perjuicio de dos empresas lácteas de Rafaela (departamento Castellanos). Así lo ordenó la jueza de la Investigación Penal Preparatoria (IPP), Cristina Fortunato, en una audiencia que se desarrolló en los tribunales rafaelinos.
El fiscal Guillermo Loyola es quien representó al MPA en la audiencia y solicitó que el imputado transite el proceso judicial privado de su libertad.
Además del hombre que quedó en preventiva –cuyas iniciales son MDC y tiene 43 años–, también estaban detenidas 17 personas más, a las que el fiscal les endilgó de manera remota la participación necesaria en la comisión de las estafas. En relación a estos otros imputados –también oriundos de la provincia de Buenos Aires–, la magistrada resolvió otorgarles la libertad bajo medidas alternativas a la prisión preventiva.
